New Trailer Released for Agents of the Four Seasons: Dance of Spring
A two-minute main trailer has been released for the upcoming TV anime Agents of the Four Seasons: Dance of Spring, which is set to premiere on March 28, 2026, at 24:00 JST (effectively March 29 at 12:00 AM JST).
The trailer introduces Hinagiku Kayo, the Agent of Spring, whose disappearance ten years before the story caused the season of spring to vanish. She is seen preparing to restore spring to the world. Other Agents and their Guards—representing Winter, Summer, and Autumn—also appear, with some displaying their combat abilities.
Along with the trailer, the anime has released its main visual and revealed details about its theme songs. The opening theme, “Petals”, and the ending theme, “Hanaikada”, both feature vocals by Kase, with production involvement from Vocaloid producer Orangestar.
A pre-screening event is scheduled for March 15, 2026, at Shinjuku Wald 9.
The anime is adapted from the light novel series Agents of the Four Seasons by Kana Akatsuki (Violet Evergarden) and illustrated by Suoh. The first volume, a two-part story titled Dance of Spring, introduces the world’s seasonal cycle: Winter created Spring out of loneliness, followed by Summer and Autumn to maintain balance. Hinagiku, the Agent of Spring, disappeared ten years ago, and now returns to restore the natural cycle and send her love to Winter. The light novels are published under KADOKAWA’s Dengeki Bunko label and have released eight volumes as of December 2024. A manga adaptation by Nappa Komatsuda is also available.
