About the Series
One Punch Man was a webcomic manga that was developed by ONE in 2009. It was redrawn by Yusuke Murata and digitally serialized on Shueisha’s Tonari no Young Jump website. Viz Media has licensed the English version and runs it in Weekly Shonen Jump.
The first season, a breakout hit, was produced by Studio MADHOUSE in 2015 and season 2 by J.C. Staff in 2019. In August 2024, Season 3 was announced, and it created great expectations in the fans.
Story Focus
It is the tale of a man Saitama, a person who worked so hard in his everyday routine (100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, and a 10km run), that he became extremely powerful and could destroy any foe with one punch. Unappreciated all the time, he is the best defender of humanity.
In season 3, the adaptation of the Garo arc titled Hero Hunter will be done, including the most aggressive fighting scenes and the most popular episodes of the manga.
